Crafting Your Happiness is an interactive online workshop that teaches you how to grow and develop your happiness. The workshop stimulates your thoughts and offers you easy-to-apply, practical tools which shift unhelpful thinking patterns, actions, and beliefs. The workshop runs for two hours every week for ten weeks, and is based on the principles of Positive Psychology – the evidence-based science of human happiness.

The newly-appointed leadership workshop is called Meaningful Leader, and is best suited for newly-appointed managers and leaders who want to transform their leadership skills to the new hybrid way of leading. The online workshop is spread out over two months, with weekly two-hour training sessions. The workshop can be hosted in-house for two full days on request.
