The purpose of our workshop packages is to create awareness, foster learning, and provide a safe space for practical integration. These workshop packages are available either online or in person at your offices, and are offered in bite-size sessions of two and a half hours over two days so that people can learn, reflect, implement, and grow at a steady but constant pace.

We offer three core team performance-enhancing packages.

Our three team workshop packages vary on your team’s time availability and budget. Our signature team package is the “Competent” team package as it covers a broad range of team topics and runs over the ideal time frame.

The Foundation Workshop

The Foundation workshop covers four core topics. It is offered once a month for two and a half hours a day over two days. The workshops are usually hosted on Wednesday and Thursday mornings. The focus in the Foundation workshop is primarily on working with each other as a team, and there is a strong people-centred focus.

The four topics are:

  • Designing a Positive Organisation
  • Strengths Building Awareness
  • Emotional Agility
  • Building Positive Relationships

The Competent Workshop

The Competent workshop covers seven topics. It is offered once a month for two and a half hours a day over two days. The workshop runs for seven months, and workshops are usually hosted on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons. The focus in the Competent workshop is a combination of people-centred focus as well as driving engagement, meaning, and achievement in the workplace. This package is 4Seeds’ signature workshop as it brings in the ideal balance of humanity in the workplace as well as being accountable for one’s tasks. In addition, the package includes a monthly 60-minute group coaching session.

The Master-Level Workshop

The Master-Level workshop covers ten topics. It is offered once a month for two and a half hours a day over two days. The workshop runs for ten-and-a-half months, and workshops are usually hosted on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the late afternoon. The focus in the Master-Level workshop is on providing employees with the necessary skills to communicate with one another, collectively work together, and provide quality work while managing their own well-being. Based on the team’s time availability, the workshops can be intensified by running two workshops a month. This will mean that the Master-Level workshop is completed over five months instead of ten months. In addition, the package includes a monthly 90-minute group coaching session.
